Email us and a person will answer, usually within two business days.

Write to support@jentoo.ai. Tell us what you were doing and, if it is about a lesson, include its link. The same address takes reports, privacy requests and anything else.

If you’re struggling

If you’re thinking about hurting yourself, or struggling with eating, please talk to someone now: call or text 988 (the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line). Both are free and open 24/7 in the US. Outside the US, findahelpline.com lists free lines in your country. If you might act on these thoughts now, call 911 or your local emergency number.

What Jentoo does: when a question reads as someone being at risk of harming themselves — including through an eating disorder — Jentoo shows these resources instead of an answer. That question is not sent to any AI provider and is not saved. Questions about these subjects, for school or for someone else, are answered normally. Jentoo explains things; it is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a mental-health professional.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Privacy and choose Delete account, in the app or on the website. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm. It removes your account, your saved answers, your memory and your referral code straight away, and signs you out everywhere. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Jentoo’s access. You can also open the privacy page directly.

Download your data

Settings → Privacy → Download my data gives you a file with your account, every question you asked and every answer we made. In the app it opens the share sheet, so you can save it to Files.

Report a lesson, a shared link or a name

Every answer is drawn by AI, and AI can be wrong or say something it should not. Use Report under a lesson, the flag on a lesson someone shared with you, or Report it on the leaderboard — or email us. To help us act quickly, include the link, what is wrong with it and why, your name and email address, and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith. We confirm that we received it, review every report, tell you what we decided and why, and remove content and accounts that break our Terms. If we remove something of yours, we tell you why, and you can ask us to look again by replying.

Intimate images. If an image of you that is sexual, or that falsely appears to be, has been uploaded to or shared through Jentoo without your consent, email support@jentoo.ai with the link, a description of the image, and a statement that it was shared without your consent, signed with your name. We remove it, and any copies we can find, within 48 hours of a valid request.

Copyright. To report material you believe infringes your copyright, follow Section 15 of our Terms.

Which AI creates my answers?

To draw and narrate an answer, Jentoo sends your question — and anything you attach or dictate — to Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, and xAI. In the app we ask your permission before the first question; you can withdraw it any time in Settings → Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains what each provider does with it.

Report a security problem

Found a vulnerability? Email support@jentoo.ai with the subject “Security report” and the steps to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before sharing it publicly, and do not access other people’s data. We acknowledge reports within two business days. security.txt

Does it cost anything?

No. A free account can ask 5 questions a day, every day; Pro raises that to 30 a day. Without an account you can try two.

Who can use Jentoo?

Anyone aged 13 or older; under 18 needs a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you believe a child under 13 is using Jentoo, email us and we will remove the account.

Signing in

In the iPhone app you can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password; on the website, with Google or email. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a link.
