Accessibility Statement

Jentoo AI, Inc.

The short version

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and partly meet it today. Every lesson has narration and subtitles in step with the drawing; the drawings themselves have no separate text description yet. If anything gets in your way, email support@jentoo.ai with “Accessibility” in the subject and we will help.

This statement explains how accessible Jentoo AI, Inc.’s website and app (“Jentoo”) are today, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us about it.

1Our Goal

We want everyone to be able to use Jentoo, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, captions, magnification, or reduced motion. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our website and our iOS app.

2Where We Are Today

Jentoo partially meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some parts do not yet meet it, and we have not yet had an independent audit; this statement is based on our own testing. We fix the problems we find and the ones you tell us about, and we update this page when we do.

3Known Limitations

Lessons are animated drawings. Every lesson comes with spoken narration and on-screen subtitles that play in step with the drawing, and the narration is written from the drawing itself, so it explains what is being shown. The drawings do not yet have a separate text description, so some visual detail — for example the exact shape of a curve — may be available only by looking.

Lessons move. You can pause, replay, or slow a lesson down at any time.

A lesson you download as a video has its subtitles burned into the picture, so they cannot be turned off or restyled in your video player.

Jentoo Check shows students drawings to make a prediction about. The question about each drawing is asked in words, but the drawing itself has no text description yet.

Some steps happen on other companies’ pages — paying on Stripe’s checkout, and signing in with Google or Apple. Their accessibility is up to them.

4Tell Us About a Barrier

If something on Jentoo is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@jentoo.ai with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and, if you like, the device and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within five business days, and if we cannot fix the problem quickly we will try to get you the same information another way.

Nothing in this statement limits any right you have under the law where you live.

5About This Statement
