Refund Policy

The short version

Monthly or annual: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. Annual: also within 14 days of any yearly renewal. In the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days for a full refund. After that, cancel online any time and keep Pro until the end of what you paid for. Withdraw online at jentoo.ai/cancel (no sign-in needed) or email support@jentoo.ai with “Refund” in the subject.

1The Free Plan

The free plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.

2Pro, Billed Monthly

If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.

Later monthly payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time, online, from Settings → Usage → Manage or cancel subscription, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for. You will not be charged again.

3Pro, Billed Annually

Ask within 14 days of your first annual payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal, and we will refund that payment in full.

After 14 days we do not refund part of a year. You can cancel at any time, online, from Settings → Usage → Manage or cancel subscription, and you keep Pro until the end of the year you have paid for. We email you 30 days before each yearly renewal with the price and how to cancel.

4How to Ask

Online, at jentoo.ai/cancel — choose “Withdraw from contract here”. You don’t need to sign in or give a reason. Within the 14 days above we refund the payment in full straight away, and you get an email receipt with the date, time and a reference code.

Or email support@jentoo.ai from the address on your Jentoo account, with “Refund” in the subject. We reply within two business days.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

When we refund a payment, the subscription it paid for ends at the same time and your account returns to the free plan.

5EU, EEA, Swiss and UK Customers

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded (the day you subscribed).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Jentoo AI, Inc., support@jentoo.ai (our postal address is in the Terms of Service, Section 26) — of your decision by an unequivocal statement. The quickest way is our online withdrawal function at jentoo.ai/cancel (“Withdraw from contract here”), which needs no sign-in and sends you an acknowledgement by email straight away. You may also email us, or use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days have ended.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees. Using Pro during those 14 days does not reduce the refund, and we do not ask you to give up this right in exchange for immediate access.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw): To Jentoo AI, Inc., support@jentoo.ai — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: Jentoo Pro — Subscribed on: [date] — Name: [your name] — Email on the Jentoo account: [email] — Date: [date].

6Your Rights Under Law

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law where you live. If that law gives you a longer period to cancel or a right to a refund this policy does not, that right applies.

7Fair Use

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same person, or a request where the account broke our Terms of Service. This never limits the rights in Sections 5 and 6.
